For corrugated shipping boxes, 500–1,000 pieces. Trial orders for new projects are negotiable — the final MOQ depends on box structure, material, and finish complexity.

A white sample (structure only, no print) takes 2–3 working days and is typically free. A printed/color sample takes 5–7 working days and is charged at CNY 300–800 per SKU depending on finish complexity — the fee is fully refundable against the bulk order. The signed sample is sealed and used as the quality reference for mass production.

Multiple finishes can be combined on one piece.

Standard materials: SBS card stock (250–400 gsm), grey chipboard (1.5–3 mm for rigid setup), coated paper, specialty paper, and E / B / F flute corrugated. Eco options: FSC-certified paper, recycled stock, soy-based ink, water-based varnish, and biodegradable lamination. We can recommend a compliant material mix per target market regulations (e.g., EU PPWR, US state-level EPR).

Yes. Send us the product (or its dimensions L × W × H), weight, and shipping method (sea / air / courier). Our structural engineers will provide 1–2 free dieline drafts and 3D mockups. Once approved, a white sample is made to verify fit and protection. We accept artwork in AI, PDF, CDR, and other standard formats.

Please share: ① box type, dimensions, material & grammage; ② finish list (foil, UV, embossing, etc.); ③ quantity; ④ artwork (AI / PDF) or reference images; ⑤ target lead time & destination port. A formal quotation with a cost breakdown is returned within 24–48 hours once the brief is complete. Quotation validity: 15 days.

Payment: standard 30% T/T deposit + 70% against copy of B/L. Open Account terms are available for established partners. Incoterms: EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP supported. Ports of loading: Ningbo / Shanghai. Sea transit is typically 25–40 days to major EU / US ports; air freight 5–8 days. LCL consolidation and nominated forwarder pickup can be arranged on request.

ODM (design-and-build): You share the product dimensions, weight, brand positioning, and target budget. Our structural engineers and design team produce the dieline, 3D mockups, and a recommended material & finish specification, then validate fit and protection with a white sample. Best for new launches or packaging upgrades.
